Formed in 2017, One More Shot, LLC is the collaborative brainchild of Dylan and Stefanie, and was developed in order to move forward with the purchase and reinvention of the 28 year old business, The Outdoorsman.
The new concept encompasses a fresh approach to a seemingly outdated business model, albeit one that has given its owner decades of success. Outfitter shops typically cater to men who hunt; a very limited and specific market. The idea of the new Outdoorsman combines a love for the outdoors and all things pertaining to our surrounding Santa Lucia Wilderness. Not only will we be able to provide a service to hunters and anglers, but to their families as well.
